My approach is rooted in person centred humanistic and integrative therapy where I aim to embrace, empower and explore each individual's unique story, to help navigate the complexities of life with compassion and understanding. Having walked alongside many on their path I believe in the power of empathy, active listening and collaboration in the therapeutic process.
